He’s played: a serial killer, a misogynistic scumbag, a sniper going after non-zombie zombies, and an explosives expert. And his forearms look really good when the veins are all a’poppin’ out of them like crazy. Plus, he sings!
Life is good.

The first time I saw Jeremy Renner was on a reality show on Bravo, called the It Factor. the premise was that they followed around people that were trying to break into acting.
I thought it was cool that he actully aditioned for Dahmer while on The It Factor.

I managed to watch about 2 episodes of “The Unusuals” almost exclusively because I found Renner so mesmerizing. He really has a special “something”. I wish he was in something that I could actually bear watching. From the clips, he looks brilliant in “The Hurt Locker” but I am torn because war movies are not my thing, especially when I would just be waiting for something to blow up. I think I’ll have to wait for the rental so I can use my ff button.

I’m tired, so I’m just going to say ditto to Lorraine’s comment. Every word. I also only got through two eps. of The Unusuals, strictly to see Jeremy. He’s exactly my type–a tad offbeat. Yum.

I never heard of this guy! But damn! I think he looks a lot like Nathan Fillion, I didn’t go near “The Unusuals” (even when I found out that Amber Tamblyn was in it, and I quite like her). Too many shows already that I do like!

Okay! I finally read the whole write-up, and now I’m even more confused! I saw “Dahmer,” (agreed totally with your opinion, Meg), “28 Weeks Later,” (agreed again!), and “North Country” (I liked that one – so sue me!), but I don’t remember this guy at all. Neither his name or his face stayed with me! I also loved “The Assassination of Jesse James … ” – was that really him singing? Quite good. “The Hurt Locker” sounds good, and I’ll probably rent it some time … But in the meantime, I hope he does something that I’ll remember!

I had the same problem, Liz, UNTIL I saw him in The Hurt Locker. So, when it hits DVD, rent it, and then all will become clear!

Oh, I adore Jeremy Renner. I’ve only really ever seen him in The Unusuals and The Hurt Locker but seeing him in those made me want to see more of him. He blew me away in The Hurt Locker, I thought his performance was subtle and quiet and what impressed me the most was that he didn’t need a big monologue or speech for him to hit all the right emotions of his character, it was all in the facial expressions. He’s got a great voice too. I can’t wait to see him do more movies and for him to him to be more recognized. I’m happy he’s getting a lot of critical acclaim for his performance in The Hurt Locker.

Just came across your site and wanted to say hi! Your “boyfriend” posts are a lot of fun to read. I found you while I was searching for some info on actor John Hawkes.
Jeremy Renner is HOT! First saw him in the movie SWAT (with Colin Farrell) and have loved him ever since.

I don’t drop a great deal of remarks, however i did some searching and wound up here New Boyfriend is Up! |. And I actually do have a couple of questions for you if you tend not to mind. Is it simply me or does it look like some of the responses come across as if they are written by brain dead folks? 😛 And, if you are posting at other online social sites, I’d like to follow everything new you have to post.
Would you list of every one of your shared pages like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile?
